I’m having an issue with visual artifacts in videos that, as far as I can tell, only happens in a few places: YouTube and the Xbox app so far. I have an RX 6700 XT and the driver is up to date, but the problem persists: it looks like I’m trying to play an old, damaged VHS tape. It just shows a bunch of multicolored stripes:
I already tried plugging the video cable directly into the motherboard to see if the problem was the graphics card but, FORTUNATELY 
, it wasn’t.
What else can I do, guys?
