What are these icons that appear on my monitor screen in games?

Basically it appears in every game I have on my phone, it has an hourglass shape, you click on it and it’s a timer, but I don’t know what it’s for, it only gets in the way of gameplay, I have to keep dragging it off the screen. Does anyone know what it is and how to remove it? As I said, it appears in all games.

It seems to be a setting on your monitor. Press one of the buttons and try disabling some functions.
