I need to build a simple gaming PC for my nephew. His parents can spend up to 1500 reais. They’re going to use the TV as a monitor, so this amount has to cover only the CPU. And yes, 1500 is the total amount, not the installment 
I’ve been thinking about how to do it, and the way will be to get a Mancer, in the best-case scenario, or else go for a used one, focusing on onboard video, 8 GB of memory, a decent processor and maybe a 256 GB SSD. Do you think I can manage that?
If anyone has any recommendations, or sees any listing out there, I’ll take it as well.
