As a good little witch and Harry Potter fan, I’ve read all the books and watched all the movies since I was very young. I’ve read several different wikis, taken part in various forums to read different theories, seen lots of fanfics that make much more sense than the written story and so on… But what really bothers me the most is the huge difference between what’s told in the books and in the movies.
From what I remember, there are:

Voldemort and Snape are the only wizards who can fly without using a broom. But in the movie, all the Death Eaters can.

The scene of Harry Potter and Hermione dancing doesn’t exist in the books.

In the scene where Dumbledore dies, Harry stays hidden and doesn’t defend Dumbledore, just as he had asked. But in the book, Dumbledore petrifies Harry.

The prophecy about the child born at the end of July is also valid for Neville.

Not to mention the absence of several characters who appeared and were important in the books, but whom we don’t see in the movies.
