At work, we spend 8 hours staring at the computer. On the way there: on average 10 minutes looking at the GPS screen to follow the route/traffic conditions.
When we get home we usually turn on the TV or the videogame to de-stress.
After that, we go to bed and grab our phone to scroll through the feeds of our social networks, videos, photos, etc.
It’s mind-blowing, and the Netflix series Black Mirror is becoming real. This tends to get even worse.
