Like aiming for the cheapest option?
To live, I think I’d go to a favela. To Rocinha, to be more specific, because it’s cheap, you don’t have to pay for electricity, there are shops everywhere and all that.
Not to mention how easy it is to use public transportation.
Being able to see Rio from up high…
Do you think it’s worth it?
