Is this Hype Games store reliable for buying games?

I was doing some research and found some games there, a bit cheaper than in other places. I wanted to know if it’s really trustworthy. And how does it work? Do I pay via Pix and they send the game key by email? Is the game really mine forever just like it works with Steam? How can they sell cheaper than the official stores?

Has anyone bought there before?

Hype Games is known as Level UP Games.
Anyone who played Maple Story, Elsword, Grand Chase, Combat Arms… on the BR server knows it was packed and still went bankrupt lol

Problems I’ve seen are delays in keys, stock running out, or buying the wrong key, like a PS code and trying to use it on Steam.
You can solve it through support.
It’s reliable, yes.

You didn’t mention The Duel :frowning: man, I spent endless hours on that game when I was about 15. I spent a lot of time trying to learn that double butterfly. I didn’t even know Level Up had gone bankrupt. That’s crazy.
