I know it’s from UOL and all, but what is it? Be jerks and impatient with me because I don’t know these forums like that.

These days it would be the equivalent of a dive bar. Any topic is allowed. There’s nothing specific. In a forum where the userbase is active, there’s 1 post per second.

The vt has existed for years actually, but the topic is always the same:

women
end of the forum
big pump tomorrow
I lost my first kiss
I went to a party with liferulers

Currently vt is concentrated on ■■■■■■■■■■■■■. The forum is shared with foreigners and it’s really super buggy.

Sometimes login doesn’t work
Password recovery works sometimes
Notifications don’t open
You can’t do searches
The layout is that XenForo one from the 2000s

Vt is a sub that started migrating back in the javabb days with Dalton and his famous phrase “secure, stable and easy to maintain.” From there it was all downhill. It was bug after bug. Until finally UOL shut down the forum because they couldn’t handle paying for the infrastructure of a forum that only caused problems.

After they shut it down, it was migration after migration. There were user-made forums on Forumeiros, then there was Pedro who founded Politz (a great forum that closed), then there was Lolesporte, they migrated to Outerspace… none of the attempts worked. Until someone asked for a little corner on the main IGN boards. At the time there was IGN Brasil, but for some reason nobody knows, they didn’t accept the proposal. Since then, most of the vt userbase has been on IGN. How long will that last? Nobody knows. There have already been several attacks there. The forum is still not indexed to this day, due to a platform failure. They even disabled the search tool. You can’t find that forum anywhere anymore.

To sum it up, vt never migrates alone. If they haven’t come to this forum, it’s only because there’s a lack of activity, because I know the technology is there.

Vt is a big clique on the internet and it makes me sad to see that it has scattered so much. Between Reddit, foreign forums, Discord, etc.
