Well, GTA V Mobile still doesn’t exist and it’s not even known whether Rockstar Games plans to make it.
But in the meantime, there are already very similar games, such as City of Laws.
City of Laws is an open-world game in the GTA style. For now, it’s in early access.

City of Laws is online as well. Just like our long-dreamed-of FiveM Mobile would be. But it’s also possible to play in campaign mode.
