Guys, I have a daughter who loves it. She’s 6 years old. Whenever I’m on my PC she asks to play, but since the games I play aren’t appropriate for her age… I need some recommendations.
I was thinking of installing The Sims, which seems very educational… Or Roblox, which is really popular right now. She even follows a streamer who makes videos with her daughter, Vitoria Mineblox, and she really likes her. But I’m not so sure…
Maybe invest in a Wii U? Does it have parental controls? I’ve heard very good things about Switch Sports.
@agorasim is looking for a little game called Pikuniku. It even has a split-screen multiplayer mode with some cart racing stages where the only input needed is pressing right (and sometimes left).
@agorasim I strongly recommend against Roblox, because the company exploits the children who get very involved in the game (I know some good videos that explain the situation well, but they’re in English).
The best thing would really be games that you enjoy and that you feel comfortable with her playing together. What kinds of games do you like?
How cool. I saw that it’s on Steam and on the Switch. I’m going to buy it for her. Thank you very much.
Really good tip. I actually wanted something more educational for her. At this age it’s always good to have new things.
Yeah, better not. I play BF 2142 and Call of it’s the only kind of game I like. Sometimes I also want a flight simulator but she doesn’t like it but I’m interested in watching those Roblox videos.
