Is it just me or has Twitter still not come back? I’m seeing several people who are already accessing it and creating lots of very high‑quality tweets to generate entertainment, but here for me so far nothing.

Elon Musk has already paid the fines and complied with what Alexandre asked. He’s even already asked the carriers to unblock it.
Why hasn’t it been unblocked for me yet? Do I need to do anything or install something on my PC?
