I recently bought a PS Portal after I saw that you can play games from the PS Store without having a PS5 at home. I bought it used. The problem is that I wanted to access the PS Store, but I just can’t manage to, because I can’t get it to connect to the internet at all. It doesn’t work on my home Wi‑Fi, and it also doesn’t work if I share my phone’s 5G connection. The issue is that it finds the network, I tap on it, enter the password, and after that it just keeps loading forever. No matter what I do.
PS: I don’t have a PS5 at home, I bought it on impulse because I wanted a portable console, since the ROG Ally X and the Steam Deck were out of my budget.
