PC heats up even with the case open

Lately I’ve been having some overheating problems with my case. I live in Spain and it’s been really hot here recently. At home I have a pizzeria, so even when it’s cold outside, it’s really warm in the house because of the ovens. We can’t have air conditioning because we work with food.

I’ve already tried everything with the PC. My case has a 360 mm water cooler and more than 12 fans. They’re all facing the right way (intake and exhaust) and still nothing works. Everything heats up: CPU, GPU, RAM, everything. Now I’ve even left my case open, without the glass side panel, but it doesn’t seem to help.

What else could I try? It’s a gaming PC and I haven’t been able to play games for a long time because I’m afraid some component of my PC might melt.

You’d better leave the case closed. It seems the issue isn’t ventilation itself, but the kind of air that gets in — namely, hot air. Try setting it up in a way that cold air circulates and exits on the same side where the hot air would come in.
