I researched and researched a lot for a setup that lets me play these games. Another option would be to get a GeForce Now subscription. The 6‑month plan is really cheap right now, the only downside is that they’ve now put an hourly limit on it. And since I’m free and will play for several hours in a row, it ends up getting in the way.
So give me setup options, as cheap as possible, to play these 3 games at 60 fps and stream at the same time to Twitch or YouTube.

5500X3D in some games like CS2 has a higher FPS gain because of the extra cache
5700x is overall more high-end for doing livestreams
