Looking for an old game, I just can’t remember the name at all

In this game, there were several female and male characters, and they had magical powers. The only thing I can vaguely remember was that in the last stage there was a floating man’s head, and the setting was kind of like limbo :neutral_face: if anyone can help me, I would appreciate it!

Hong Kong 97 maybe? The final boss is a head? but it doesn’t have magical powers I think
