I know GTA VI hasn’t come out yet and it’s not even going to be released for PC next year; maybe only in two years’ time.
Considering that the most advanced hardware we have right now is something like an RTX 5090 and 64 GB of RAM, do you think that would handle running GTA VI with every single graphics setting maxed out in 4K? We already know the game is going to run better on PlayStation, because Rockstar made some kind of direct deal with Sony and thanks to that they were able to optimize it better. But is there already anything planned for people who have a gaming PC? Could that be the reason it’s only coming out in two years? Because of optimizations? Or maybe they’re just waiting for Nvidia’s 6000 series? So would an RTX 6050 run it then?
It’s not like I’m super worried about it. I’m happy with my RX 580 with 8 GB of RAM and a 128 GB HDD that still runs a lot of good games (all on minimum settings). The point is that I want to sell this setup to buy a new one, and the goal is that it runs GTA VI decently, without bottlenecks or anything like that.
