Which is better: a gamer chair or an ergonomic chair?

I think this will always be an endless discussion about which one is better, right?

I admit it, the gamer chair looks nicer. But is it really the most comfortable?

I’ve had both, and in my own experience, I liked the ergonomic one much more. Its design is more minimalist. But it matched my setup because I already had something minimalist. I don’t even like RGB.

I used to have a gamer chair and I was always having back pain. Playing for more than 2 hours was simply impossible without taking long breaks.

I recommend going to a store and trying all the chairs. But pay close attention to the ergonomic chairs.

I think gamer chairs are just a trend. They weren’t made for your comfort, but to look good. Just a fashion effect.

Choose what’s best for you.

Gaming chairs usually don’t need to be that comfortable, just good-looking. Ergonomic/office chairs need to be much more comfortable because there was some standard they have to follow, but I don’t remember which one. Ergonomic chairs are much better and more reliable; gaming is just about looks.
