I recently built my first gaming PC, with decent hardware, and I play a lot of FPS-style games. I’ve noticed a problem: a lot of games that I play on ultra graphics make me feel nauseous and give me a headache after just a few minutes of playing. It’s impossible to keep going for long.
For example: Cyberpunk, Black Ops 7, DayZ — there’s no way I can play them for several hours.
But if it’s a game that doesn’t have very intense graphics, like MU Online, Euro Truck Simulator, etc., I can play just fine.
I’ve seen that this depends on the person. But it’s strange — most of the streamers I watch all play with the graphics cranked way up and stream for hours.
Could there be some video setting I should maybe turn down to try to ease this problem? Or do I just have to accept playing all my games on the lowest video settings?
Did I buy a setup just to have to play like this?
