Promote your live stream on Twitch, Facebook Gaming and YouTube
I know how hard it is to spend hours streaming just for yourself. Literally 0 people watching. You spend hours coming up with good content ideas, editing videos, putting eye‑catching images on your profile, overlays, alerts, banners, panels, transitions… and nothing!

It’s really hard to build a community nowadays, to have an audience that comes back to your channel and watches your streams every day…
With that in mind, I created this topic so everyone can do some self‑promotion. This is the best place, since it’s a gamer‑focused site. So, leave the link to your Twitch or YouTube channel here.
How do I reach more people on my live stream?
-
Promote it as much as possible on your social networks, even if you don’t get engagement.
-
Always try to improve the quality of your content. Ask your audience questions about which games they like, what needs to improve, etc.
-
Create a Streaming Schedule. Ask your community about the length and the days you go live.
-
Vary the games you stream. Don’t focus on just one. The more viewers from different games, the better.
Don’t give up
Your audience will have to show up sooner or later. Keep making quality content even if no one is watching. Promote it in gaming forums, Facebook groups, Reddit… preferably in places focused on your niche. For example: action games, horror games…
