I’ve been researching this a lot. Especially now that I saw they managed to put Red Dead Redemption on mobile and I don’t even know which other GTA. I think the one who did that was Netflix.
Anyway, I saw that it’s also possible to play Steam games. But not directly, you have to install a program, like GameHub and GameNative. And of course you also need a good phone and a good internet connection.
Another way I saw is using Steam Link, but unlike the solutions above, you have to have your PC turned on with Steam open in order to play.
