Does it exist? Some program to optimize the operating system to increase FPS? I know that on Windows there are some options for this, where you change the power mode and so on, but isn’t there some program that does this and other things?
Like reducing performance for other tasks and improving it for games?
My graphics card is very weak and I’d like to play Red Dead Redemption without stuttering. 60 FPS is already good enough for me. I don’t care about effects and so on.
Where can I download a program for this?
