HELP MEEE, problem with graphics

Good afternoon everyone, please help me with this case, I’ve already looked in several places for something that could help me. The game simply keeps showing these trails; watch the video, on the yellow and red signs on the wall on the right.

750 W power supply
1 TB SSD
360 water cooler
AOC 240 Hz monitor

I’ve never seen that. Try disabling all the effects in your graphics settings.

What refresh rate is your monitor set to? 240 Hz?

While you’re at it, update your graphics card driver.
