It’s hard to find a gaming PC that runs good games these days.
Digging around on Pichau, I ended up finding this one, which has a pretty decent config. Take a look:
By my calculations, it should already be able to run even GTA V on low settings.

120 GB isn’t even enough for cornflakes these days, man. I myself have 1 TB here and it’s almost all gone with 3–4 little games I installed (unless you stay away from anything more modern).
That card… I don’t know, why don’t you try to get at least an RX 580? And 4 GB of VRAM is also very little.
And if I’m not mistaken, that case has a lot of issues, do some research on it separately and read the reviews.
Better to save up around 3–4k and try to get something good than burn 1200 and barely be able to play anything.
P.S.: Man, if you’re going to spend money on a PC, buy one that can run most games on high at least. GTA V on the lowest settings is way too ugly.
what other setup do you recommend for up to 1000 reais with a video card included?
The idea is to suggest a PC as cheap as possible where you can play the basics. There are test videos with this processor and GPU running GTA V, for example. It’s not in perfect conditions, but it runs on normal settings.
I know the build isn’t the best, but for 1000 reais it’s already very good, my friend.
