I’m new to the whole keyboard world and I’ve never really understood how it works. Why are there so many variations? Isn’t a keyboard just a keyboard?
Right now I have one here at home, but it makes a really loud noise every time I press a key. It almost sounds like those old typewriters, like this one:
I have no idea what kind of keyboard it is, if it’s mechanical, “advogado”, magnetic… I don’t understand any of it, I just know it’s a Logitech keyboard with keys.
So I’d like to swap it for something more comfortable that doesn’t make so much noise. Which brands and which types of keyboards should I be looking at?
