how to fix it?
It’s a 9070XT. Its fans spin but an LED stays on. But it’s not being recognized. I can’t play and it doesn’t show up in the Windows hardware list. Only the onboard “video card” appears.
I’ve already tried seating it more firmly, checked that the connection on the back was on the offboard card, but it doesn’t solve it.
