I’ve always swapped out my PC parts by myself. I do all the maintenance myself. Changing the CPU thermal paste, GPU, I replace parts with no problem, I use websites to test compatibility and all that.
The only thing I don’t get is how to change the power supply. There are several tiny pins and I have no idea how they’re supposed to be plugged in; for that part I always take it to a technician, to some repair shop. But they always charge me an arm and a leg just to plug that in. Is there some specific technique to know how to do this?
